Just a bad and disrespectful store. We bought many appliances and whent by sales person recommendation. Then when it came to our free delivery and rewards points the same sales person said they can't do it. So we lost delivery and $360 worth of rewards. If they can't handle there own stuff why even offer rewards program. 9 out of 10 times we go here it is a stressful mess. Even exchanging my lifetime warranty tools is becoming a hassle.

Worst customer service anywhere. Went in to look at dishwashers. Waited and waited for a clerk. When he came, he ignored me and spoke only to the gentleman with me. I was going to buy this item, not the man. After being repeatedly ignored, I left. Called and tried to talk to the manager. Ha! He poo-pooed me. I called corporate.  Will never go there again.

I tried to call the Lawn/Garden department several times today and only got a message telling me to leave my name and number- someone will call me back.  I especially liked the "Your call is important to us" part.  I am now driving to the Oakview Sears to ask my question.
