My father and I bought a lawn mower here. The sales associate swore up and down that the lawn mower's oil never needs changed and that it holds 18oz of oil. Well, to me, not changing oil sounds like a horrible idea and goes against basic viscosity knowledge. We liked the lawn mower and decided to get it either way. We get home and I open the manual. What's this? CHANGE OIL AFTER FIRST 5 HRS. CHANGE OIL EVERY 50 HRS OR ANNUALLY. Also stated: Do not overfill oil. Salesperson says 18oz, manual says 15oz. The employees here say whatever to push a sale and make their buck. They're completely awful.

Sears is my 1st choice for appliances and today's trip was to replace a 20 yr old washing machine. The store was not very crowded and Regan (apologies if I mis-spelled) assisted us right away. He patiently answered our questions and courteously handled our last minute change of model. Delivery is scheduled for Friday...

By law, they delivery people have to set up the hose for a new dryer. They left without ANY HOOK UP! They just left.(waited 1 week for delivery) Called them back as soon as they left, said they can come back to hook up in 3 days!! 3 days. I said thats not acceptable and I would like a refund to make up for having to hire someone to come finish their job today. Nope. Will never ever ever by from sears, ever. NEVER.

All I can say is DO NOT SHOP AT SEARS FOR ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY THEM GOING OUT OF BUISNESS SOON! From start to finish buying a lawnmower there was truly disappointing, aggravating, waste of time, and total of lies and disrespectful to the customers! All all, in the end I returned the mower and got my money back! Sincerely lost customer!!!!!!!'nnnnn

This place is horrible, by far the worst sears I have been to, whoever is running this store needs to be terminated because they obviously do not know how to run a department store and or manage people, also 90% of the employees need terminated, they are very rude and have no personally at all, you can tell they hate there job and it shows. We we there to buy a lawn mower and the sales guy got on his computer and said it is showing we have 3 on hand, but of course there were none there, then he tells us that there inventory is never correct , ok so why don't you speak up to upper management so that they can terminate whoever is in charge of your inventory, so then we asked him how long will it take to get in , he said 3 to 4 days, so we ordered it, so when 4 days came around we called no one there answers the phones at this store, you have to call over and over and on top of that the employees are so incompetent that they always disconnect you, so there's employees can not do anything right at this store, so finally I got fed up and had to drive there to find out if the lawn mower was in and the female I spoke to was rude of course. And she blamed the sales guy, her words were he always tells people that there stuff will be in way to early, so again fire his ass then or bring it up to upper management, but anyways out yard is so damn high now and it finally came in after 8 days . I told my wife we should have bought the troy built from lowes, she was wanting to try and save a few 100 dollars but it turns out we didn't save a damn thing because the lawn mower at sears was $800 and didn't even come with a bagger that's another $200 What a rip off, on top if that I will have to mow lawn twice to get it low enough, stay away from this place they suck, no management skills, no management, rude employees, incompetent employees, and they will not answer the phones, the phone will ring off the hook, corporate needs to fire everyone at this store starting with upper management who are probably over paid and worthless, this place does not even deserve 1 star
