I ordered a patio table and 4 chairs on 5/30/17. I was told it would be in on 6/15/17 at the Meridian, MS Sears store. I opted to pick it up at the store rather than having it delivered because I was told delivery would cost $146 more. I have called 4 times since the June 15th. I was told today that the order had been cancelled 😡 on 6/10/17. We did not cancel it! We checked the Sears credit card account and there was way more left on the card to cover the cost of the patio set. So my question is ... who cancelled it and why wasn't I told when I called on 6/15?  I have been waiting for 2 days to hear back from a manager after waiting for it to be delivered to the store for 8 days. Still no answers! 😡😡😡

The associate was amazing! This is an amazing Sears store. Highly Recommend.

Bought a ge washer and dryer set last year. Washer quit working within first 5 months. Had to be without it for almost two months during the holidays. They replaced the main board and the repairman broke the agitator because I was watching him when it happened. They ordered a new agitator. The new board also had a problem so they ordered another board. Now my warranty is out and it doesn't spin the water out so sometimes my clothes are still wet. Terrible customer service.
