Mississippi Music has been very helpful to me through the years. I do want to give a shout out to Danny Rushing. I recently went in to the store to buy a quarter inch mono plug for a tattoo machine.Danny helped me find the exact plug. He asked questions about my musical interests and showed me some gorgeous guitars! He was genuinely happy to help me find what I was looking for even though I wasn't buying a high dollar item and it didn't involve music. Thank you Danny for your help, you rock! I will be back!

In the past, I have been pretty much satisfied with their service, but this last time that I took my daughter's instrument in, I was not. We spent $110 for it to be serviced, only to be picked up doing the same thing that we took it in for. When I took it back in to be looked at, the lady technician that works on the instruments just told me that the instrument wasn't a very good one and that the only thing she could do, if we kept bringing it back in, was replace some part that would be really expensive (which looked like she told me that just to get me to leave). Then handed it back. She was then extremely rude, ugly and a word that I won't use here. That was $110 that we just threw away (that we had to scrounge for because we don't have a lot of money, and now don't have the money to go somewhere else. Hence daughter still does not have an instrument that plays properly). So, my advice, if you have an older instrument, I would go to another city to get it serviced, because they have a monopoly on instrument repair in Meridian.

Absolute best service I've ever experienced from a music store or any store for that matter. I had problems with a recording studio interface and the salesman there offered to let me bring in my PC so he could diagnose my problem. He had me going in no time! Thanks, Lee!
