Even though the store hours clearly state on google and the sears website that they are open till 9pm on a Wednesday... they fail to mention up front the parts counter closes at 6pm. Which is extremely frustrating when you drive from west of Mount Pleasant to get a part the website stated they had in stock. And when I say 6pm, that's really 5:58pm, because I watched the lights shut off as I was walking up and that's the time my phone read. Correct your website so the first thing a customer sees after store hours is the parts counter hours. Its a joke they are different anyway. I'll give them 2 stars because they didn't know how far I drove and I didn't have a chance to see how their service was, but rest assured, never purchasing from this location again. Too many other sears between MP and Saginaw.

Have never experienced a problem in 20 years. Currently own several Kenmore appliances for 10+ years with no trouble.

Well husband went into parts. I pick up a few kitchen things there and finished my shoping go to check out and was told i had to pay for them back at parts. Well to say the least i did get anything. Just walked out.

I will never order or shop from sears again. Today on 03/11/2017 their customer service was horrendous. First they scratch my friend's vehicle while loading my order. They tried to make excuses instead of taking care of it. Their phone representative was very impersonal and unconcerned with my questions. I spent almost 800$ on an order and they won't help me install it even when I was willing to pay for it. I am livid.
