Im a big time Sears fan, but this Sears sucks. They really don't have anything that you are looking for, Customer service here pisses me off every time I think about it, and I would rather drive to the one north of richmond. Multiple times I have been there not really good experiences. 1st time went for a service, it took a day and a half to do. I didnt have an appointment so i kind of understood, but still. 2nd time I made an appointment and still took forever. It wasnt the service that took long it was the time they took to get to my service. 3rd time i bought a riding lawn mower. Which wasnt a bad experience. The 4th OMFG😠. So after the first mow with the lawn mower a front tire goes flat. I aired it back up and mowed again. It went flat again. So, i went to sears and told James about it he says, "Did you put fix-a-flat in it? That will fix the probblem right there." After that I will not step foot in the store again. James if you read this fix-a-flat is a temperary fix for a flat tire.

I have given this sears numerous tries. I finally give up. Several online orders have been messed up and there is always a issue refunding. I order a tool lol for $157 and when I went to pick it up in store the guy Charles said it was missing and nowhere to be found. Didn't give me my options or guided me as to what to do. So when I asked he said I would have to return it. Okay! So how do I return something I don't have? Why they didn't just canceled the order instead of sending me an order ready email. I go inside and the only cashier who is always nice (rob) was trying to help and he returned my transaction but only refunded me $57!!! When the manager Sharon was called , she came after waiting for 10 minutes to tell me in a very rudely manner that I had to return online and call the 1800 number if I had any issues. She never paid attention to the part where the item was missing. I walked out loosing $100 and dealing with a call center to finish an investigation. I'm sure one of them stole the item and are trying to cover their tracks. I will be calling corporate if this isn't resolved within 72 hours. Wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here!

Horrible service, took over 2.5 hours for a oil change. Don't come to this location ever.

Out of about 15 people working here, only one is working a register. Other people are just standing around and talking. Service is horrible. I walked through the appliance area looking for things and it was obvious that I needed help and no one ask if I need assistance. This is the worst Sears in the area.
