I received a text message on a Tuesday that my MoJack riding lawnmower lift was ready for pick up. I wasn't sure how long Sears would hold it, so I called to ask if I could pick it up Saturday. Taylor took my call and assured me that Saturday for pick up would be fine. I work every Saturday, and I'm never exactly sure what time I will be able to leave. Sometimes it's as late as 5:00 or 5:30 PM. So when I got off work Saturday, I called and spoke to Taylor again, letting him know that I would arrive soon, between 5 PM and 6 PM closing. Taylor volunteered to have my item pulled and ready for pick up near the front door. Within a few minutes I arrived at the store, went in, and was warmly greeted by Taylor. I noticed on my way in, that he had kept his word and had my item right by the door as promised. The item was far too heavy for me to lift into my car, so Taylor loaded it for me. Taylor always has a great attitude, gives great customer service, is very customer oriented, and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He is truly an asset to this store.
