Nice location. Clean. Plenty of parking. Never busy during the day. If you order something online they have a pretty awesome pick up system, and the customer service reps who work that area of the store are fantastic at it. (Only docking a star because it's impossible to get a cashier in the gardening section)

I found really nice sales. It wasn't crowded but it was busy. I waited on line for about 20 mins. to pay. Staff were very helpful & pleasant
The store is on 2 levels, but handicapped accessible from parking. Inside Cumberland Mall, 
accessible by private or public transportation

Horrible customer service. Now I understand why Sears is having financial issues.They may want to rethink their customer service training as well as their return policy. I will never shop there again.

My 84 year old mother bought me some tshirt for my birthday and accidentally picked up the wrong size.   I took them back and picked up the correct size and took them to the register and was told I could not exchange them without a receipt.   I understand that they wouldn't give me cash back without a receipt but to not allow me to just give them the XXL and I take the XL is bad customer service.  Just another one of the bad choices management had made that has taken this once great company down to the ruins it has become.   I will be not doing anymore shopping at Sears.

I have  been  visiting  sears for last two years basically  to  buy  shoes  and  dresses. They have a good variety of shoes,  dresses etc. If you decide to buy on special  days such as black Friday or independence day you  really  get  a good  deals here.  The quality of items purchased are  pretty good. The only reason I don't  like  to  shop here is  that  they  have  a very poor customer  service. It  takes  as long as 15 to  20 mins to get the  billing  done. It's  not  that  the queue is  big  but  the  guys  on  the  counter  take that long.  But if u order online, it  is  quicker  and  convenient. Oh but the website is not as great  as the  other  online  shopping  websites.
