Went in a rush to find a new suit, and the gentleman working helped me find every piece, in perfect sizes, and never even had to look any items up. He just knew. Very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of Mr. Sammy.

Needed to get my watch sized today about 3:50pm and experienced HORRIBLE customer service. The lady at the counter wouldn't turn around to look at me for a good 3-4 minutes (no one else was there). Then she refused to resize my watch because my receipt showed that I bought it at a different Macy's and she would only size watches bought at her store. I asked to speak to someone else and if there was any way she could help me and she flat out refused.

Good place to shop, lots of brands, great options. Almost everything available at one place - clothes, shoes, watches, fragrance and much more.
