Went in to purchase a torque wrench for school. It was on sale and they offer 5% off Sale price tools when I asked about this the associate at tools (Dee) said she'd never heard of this while the sign was right on the wall for it and the Manger that's dumber than a box of rocks (penny) said sorry we can't give you that discount. Would NOT recommend this store to anyone student or not.

Always great customer service, you may have to wait a couple minutes, but that's because they are giving good customer service to the person in front of you. I had questions on air compressors and the employee was able to explain differences very well.

Quick and easy wrench replacement. Kenmore skillet from last visit, awesome (price and quality). Nice sales associate at watch and jewelry, (Kay).
