My response: "The people involved! Friendly and easy to work with sales staff; Exceptional delivery staff." You can buy a bed anywhere- I recommend doing so from Metro Mattress for a flawless experience.

Michael French was very informative, helpful, and knowledgeable. He gave me the information i needed to make an educated decision on the best mattress that suited my needs. I highly recommend going to Metro Mattress for great deals and absolute customer satisfaction!

Had a wonderful experience at the Watertown Store. We were quickly greeted and assisted once we entered the store by the manager Mike French, he listened to all of our preferences and showed us what would work best for us. The product and prices are amazing, and his customer service skills far exceed many sales teams I have delt with. Overall a great experience.

Overall experience was great. The only downfall to our shopping experience was the exorbitant prices on just about everything.
