The place the middle class Americans have bought from and trusted for years has turned into a shadow of past greatness. They have a very young sales staff. All the seasoned professionals that they used have are gone. I still like their tools and go there from time to time to get something I need to fix something. I used to buy a lot of things from Sears, but their quality and price is easily beaten by any number of retailers in town now.

OMG!!!! This girl Alexis is probably the dumbest person I've ever came into contact with in my life. Sears, c'mon!!! Desperate much?!?!? She had no idea how to do her job or talk to people. This is what Alexis knows and I'm quoting, "Whaaaat?" "I don't knooowww..." and that sums up her intellectual conversation. I'm embarrassed for her. I had to look away. I have NEVER seen an establishment NEVER receive a five star review. Sears, do the town of Bloomington a favor and shut your doors. Let a better business take over the space.

This place is a nightmare for service. Do not buy something here if it's possibly going to need service in the future. I bought a craftsman weed eater and Briggs and Stratton mower here and both needed repairs after the first year. They lost my weed eater and my mower came back with missing pieces. The next summer the mower's axel broke again twice and even after the third time bringing it back they would not return the item. I have lost total confidence in both Sears' products and their service. Bad all around.

Largest selection of appliance brands. Have a couple brands no one else carries. Nice to know if you move across the country you can still get your electronics and what not serviced under warranty.
