Bought a few nice handbags for my wife here over the years.

I took in 12 Leather Coach handbags-leather lined, stuffed with newspaper to hold their shape.
When I called back they told me all the various reasons they did not want to sell them - one of them was brand new complete with flannel cover.
When I picked them up the owner had removed all the newspaper from them.
When I asked her why she had done that she said because it was "icky newspaper".
I told her she needed to give me something to stuff them with because that is the way I brought them in.  The owner opened the back door and started going through the large outdoor trashcan.  I left, won't be back - ever.
