63 years old .never been declined a card ever ? but sears says no .i am retired and own a 150 grand new home ? new paid in full path finder credit score of 8.0 or better .have a gold card silver and others all paid in full and yet no card from sears ??? .makes me wonder how much they lose people , did not want one in the first places but they wanted me to and told me to because I was going to buy and pay in full at the store for a new washer and dryer ? theses people at sears ether are monkey dumb or on something ? none the less they won't be selling me nothing now .I'll just get it from boise and pay a little more for people that know how to run a business .

Worst delivery service EVER! They called and said they would be here in 10 minutes and showed up 40 minutes later. One of the delivery guys pushed our doorbell so hard that he cracked it and the two pieces were jammed inside the frame. Next, they leaned the mattress against our wall knocking a wedding picture off the wall, breaking the frame. THEN, they ripped a hole in the plastic cover with their fingers and got black residue on our mattress with their disgustingly black hands. This all happened in a matter of 10-15 minutes. I understand they deliver furniture all day but hand wipes in the truck would be helpful. I will NEVER step foot in the Twin Falls Sears ever again!!

My experience with sears has been COMPLETE HELL! I bought a washer and dryer set, brand new. The store took about 1.5 months just too have the washer and dryer delivered, when the washer and dryer were delivered the washer showed up in great condition, but the dryer looked like it had either been thrown around a warehouse, or was old and very used. It had a huge dent that was on the top and the door and bottom were covered in dents. I said that dryer was unacceptable and they offered too give me $100 dollars back, but I insisted on a new dryer. After the installers left I went too run my first load of laundry and the washer DIDNT WORK, at this point I'm steaming mad. I called and had to take an evening off work for the second time too have a repair man come and fix my washer. Today I am supposed to be receiving my new dryer, so I never got a confirmation about when they would be here. I called sears and the woman told me that they would be here between 1:15/3:15. This is now the third time I've been told this and each time they've showed up two hours later so I've now missed three evenings of work. All in all this companies customer service is completely terrible, and if it were up too me I would give them not even one star. Take your service too Wilson Bates, higher prices but much better customer service and quality appliances.

The worst.... absolute worst customer service on the planet ...whoever is in charge of hiring needs to be fired and the store needs an employee cleanse
