Was recommended to us to try Hoka shoes from trade home for gym shoes. Never even knew of that store or that brand of shoe. The gentleman working was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had already bought a pair of Nikes elsewhere but he told me to compare. I ended up getting the hoka’s. And my hubby got a pair. Would totally recommend the shoes and the store.
Just had a great experience at Tradehome Shoes! The new manager Matt was incredibly helpful and made sure I was happy with whatever decision I made there no weird pressure to make but something I didn't want. Will absolutely go back with my wife for more shoes.
Was having leg and foot pain so went in the store. Two very nice and helpful fellas did their best to find a comfy shoe. Also bought orthotics. Too soon to tell if these orthotics will help but certainly worth a try. Will go back again to check what's on sale. The shoe I bought is pricey but should last awhile. .
Today was my second visit to Tradehome Shoes. Kyle helped me and a friend who is a frequent customer. Kyle gave me an excellent recommendation for a sole insert to increase the comfort of the already very comfortable Hoka shoes and I am very glad he did. They are beyond comfortable now and should serve me well touring Nepal next month. In addition, Kyle and Tradehome did a service you would never see at a big box shoe store or even a department store for my friend. She bought a pair of Hokas 2 weeks ago that did not fit comfortably when put to the test of walking for hours on a concrete floor.. He swapped the shoes for a new pair in a wider size and it made all the difference.. Thank you Kyle and Tradehome Shoes!!
Went in the store as I saw some On running shoes I liked and was in need of new ones. Once in the store I was immediately greeted by a friendly saleswoman by the name of Bree Apologies if I did not spell that correctly. She asked a few questions to get a conversation going and returned with a few options to try on. While trying these shoes on I was greeted by the store manager Kyle, who went out of his way to make sure I didn't have any other questions. I've been buying shoes the wrong way. I'm so used to going in a store and rummaging around through shelves of boxes hoping someone will eventually show up so I can see if they have the size I need somewhere in the back. I walked in to this Tradehome which is the first and only time I have ever been in one and received first class treatment at the very beginning from an employee who was genuinely pleasant and was interested in helping a clueless customer. The experience I had at this store is why Tradehome will be my first stop from now on. Found exactly what I wanted and didn't have to wait around. Thank you!
Very friendly....knowledge and not PUSHY!! This is my 3rd pair of Hokas because they were recommended by my foot surgeon. Everytime I "cheap" out I'm sorry. And in the long run pay a lot more in dollars, sore feet and knees. Thank you fir all your help today.
We had the best experience here today. We had spent all day visiting every single store we could think from Burley to Twin Falls for school shoes. My daughter has wide feet so we couldn't find anything that would fit. Aaron at Tradehome Shoes was the first person at any of the stores that actually took time to find out what we needed. He worked with my daughter until she found something comfortable and cute. From now on Tradehome will be the first place, and most likely the last, that we go to shoe shopping.
If your looking for men's hey dudes they have them but will never have them on sale. The women's and kids will almost always be buy one get one 1/2 price
Aaron was very friendly and professional. I have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable so Aaron brought out numerous shoes for me to try, and with great relief I found several pairs that worked for me. I would definitly check this store out if you want outstanding service, a quality shoe and a good fit!
