My husband and I went to the store on 10/20/2017. We could not find anyone to help me. After about 10 mins... Someone offer to help us. We purchase a grey leather sectional. We did the "Lease It To Own It" method. We first got denied because the sale woman ask me for my name they ask my husband for his SS#. Then she got defense when I told her she never asked for my husband's name. After doing the process again with my complete info. We got approved. I was told that the furniture was going to be delivered by the 20th. I received a call on Sunday 11/12/2017 saying the sectional was in and I was able to get it delivered Monday 11/13/2017 between 11:30a-1:30p. So I could not go to work. When they arrived at the door around 10:30am. They had the WRONG sectional!!!! It was a black/dark brown color instead of the grey we purchased. I ask them to take it back and called the store to speak with the Manger. He apologize and said he was going to find out what happened and were things went wrong. I NEVER received a call back!!!! I'm very unhappy with the customer service and I wish I NEVER brought anything from here. I will NOT recommend anyone coming here!!!!

What should have been a great thing ended horribly. We bought a washer and dryer on Friday and were supposed to get it delivered Saturday. We waited all day Saturday and didnt receive a call for the window when they would show. We called them and they said our delivery "fell out of the system." We were disappointed, and they said it would be delivered Sunday. Greg, the "manager," was supposedly on the phone with the delivery driver as we were on the phone with the salesman and got confirmation, FROM THE DRIVER HIMSELF, saying he would deliver it on Sunday. We were told by the salesman that he would call us with a better time frame, and we never received that call. Sunday morning, I called at 8:15, explained the situation and was told I would receive a call when someone came in at 9. 9:30, NOTHING. I called them back and explained it again. They said that there were no deliveries set for today, Sunday. I became very upset. They said they would give us a $100 refund. I don't want the refund, I want my appliances! I asked to speak to Greg, the "manager," and he said that he couldn't get ahold of the delivery driver since it was his day off.....WHAT?!?!?! Why was I told that I would receive my order when the guy doesn't even work that day?? Greg said he would personally make sure that it got put on the truck Monday morning. Shouldn't you make sure that happens everyday? You know, go through the order slips, written and in the system, to make sure this doesn't happen? I've managed stores and restaurants, so I'm not ignorant to customer service and how to run a business. We cancelled our purchase and will not be going back. We should have read the reviews prior to giving them our business. As per the reviews, some people have issues getting their refunds, so we will being making sure it happens. (And we had to repeat our card number 4 times to have them correctly type it in to cancel the sale. Incompetence. Don't get upset with us because you can't do your job.)

Went here with my Dad to pick out a fridge and stove, My dad is on oxygen so we couldn't stay long...NO one approached us to ask us if we needed help. after we made our selection, We came to the counter The customer service was so awful, we left without making a purchase. Will never come again!

Dale treated us just fine. He helped us when we needed help & left us alone when we where trying to find what we wanted

Great place and great service- Ask for Dale if you're looking for good service. They're constantly slammed, and Dale took the time to look at the condition of a range for me and when we were through, he professionally transitioned to the next client without making me feel I was just a "number". I certainly recommend for the savvy and professional shopper.
