I wish I could give this Sears no stars. The person who helped us initially was actually very nice but the manager could use some serious etiquette training. She treats customers like dirty dogs. That's probably why there are so many negative reviews for this particular sears outlet. All that happened was I found a better deal for appliances elsewhere and when I called to cancel the purchase the exact same day, the manager gave me a very nasty attitude and even raised her voice when she spoke to me. Then to make matters worse she hung up on me. This outlet should seriously consider replacing this manager and perhaps things will change for the better. I will definitely contact the BBB just because of her.

Marlene was very outstanding. She went above and beyond to get my brother all the furniture he needed. Thank you so much the house will look beautiful.

Marlene was our sales associate twice today, and both times she was very helpful and informative regarding our purchase. We will definitely be coming back to shop for more appliances and we will be sure to ask for Marlene.

Very big location, has a lot of cool appliances, I spent two hours with sales associate but could not find the right dishwasher. Attention was great, but no AC.

I was at the store today Marlene was my associate .. she was very kind and very knowledgeable of everything she was showing me . She was in no hurry and took her time to explain everything . Thank you very much sears outlet I would definitely go again and recommend for them to go see Marlene .
