This is my favor Dorado store because the store manager Rita Corrariza is wonderful and Rudy Molina customer service is above expectations. I have bought all my furniture at this store and I went again today to buy a power lift recliner for my mother and again it was a very good experience. I recommend this store to everybody and especially the salesperson Rudy.

Rudy was very helpful in assisting me with furnishing my entire house. After the order was complete, the staff at El Dorado contacted me to make sure that the delivery was to my satisfaction. Then, they offered an interior decorator to visit my home, free of charge, and advise if the home needed anything else. I am very happy with the service and attention that I received at El Dorado.

I was disgusted with their costumer service.Nestor literally made me feel as if i was going to pick up a couch and run out the store with it. He followed me throughout the whole store and made me feel so uncomfortable that I left the store before I had a chance to look at everything. I understand you have to stay around in case I have questions but he should be at a distance where I can still carry on my private conversation. Never mind that is way too expensive also.

As soon as we came into the store. The salespeople were like Hawks coming at us. I politely said to one of the sales men that we were just looking around and he said that's okay I'll look around with you guys. I replied that we didn't need him to follow us while we looked at furniture and he insisted that it was his job. He walked the ENTIRE store behind us at a very uncomfortable distance. I'm not sure if he realizes that he lost his chance at getting commission off of us, but management at the store should speak to the sales people and explain to them to give customers their space, as not everyone goes in the store to buy.
