Lies!  I just called to ask about a refund for a part that was not picked up.  I spoke with Bernadette and she said that the order was completed and that a refund was issued.  She was not able to provide details of the refund and told me to call their 800 number.  I did and after waiting about 10 minutes, was told the refund is being processed TODAY.  

Thanks for nothing, Bernadette.  The MAGIC you promised was just not there.  But, the attitude still is...

Hi all, I'm Bernadette
I have been here at this store for 7 years and learned a lot, and now the new Store Supervisor as of July 2016. 

I see a lot of bad reviews here for home repair! Totally different dept and not thru this address or phone number! 

Let me say, we welcome you to our store, we have a Whole new crew of great friendly associates.. A few of the rude n bad customer service comments all I can say is they are gone! (Don't believe the lies!) Lol

If you have anything you need we are here to help you.  
 Ask for me personally if you feel you aren't getting the service you deserve and I can see what MAGIC I can do for you! Haha 😆 🎇I have over ridden a lot of special request for members and made their day! 😆

We also price match our Sears parts Direct website. Sears PartsDirect has been working hard to have the  same prices as our in store! And great changes! 

Since January 2016 we have almost 600 new parts in our store! ( LG, Samsung!) Etc.

The people are helpful and the show room looks nice.  There are a few deals.  This is not the place where you can go the get parts from the warehouse.  I needed parts for my table saw.  They have no parts.  They will order them if you are willing to pay $7 each for every part shipped to you.

Ordered a washer part and expedite the shipment because I need it fix asap. The product came a day after the set scheduled shipment. And when I open the box, they shipped the wrong parts. really??  Now I might have to stay naked for a couple of days.. lol..

I contacted them about it and asked to just refund my money. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and they haven't even refund my money! Very disappointing!!!
