The open and knowledgeable sales staff was GREAT! The Bulls Cross Lite-E was was my choice and WOW what a ride. Superb quality! It's made riding a joy again. Recommending them to all my family and friends. I've visited all the local e-bike stores and Seattle Electric Bike is hands down the place to go.

We love this place. Bought two electric townie bikes. Stefan is wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and easy to talk to. We took out bikes for a maintenance and all necessary work done in timely manner. They have a lot of choices for all ages and fitness levels. We love our electric bikes. It is so easy to navigate all hills. We have been all around the town. Electric bikes gave us so much freedom. No more driving to parade, festivals , concerts. No more parking headache. Highly recommend seattle electric bike store. Thank you, Stefan and all your wonderful staff. You are the best.

I have visited all the electric bike places in Seattle and Seattle Electric Bike is the best. They are low pressure and scientific about how they choose the bikes they sell. We have bought two bikes there. They give you long test rides and help you carefully consider what to buy. This is the place.

Amazing Bicycle Shop and Staff! Firstly, I buy pretty much everything online. I had been shopping for e-bikes online, but there were so many choices and types. I wasn't ready to drop several $k for something that didn't fit my needs. As a cyclist, I have a pretty good knowledge of bicycles in general. I had been looking for a e-bike (electric bike) to do a 40 mile-round trip commute. I needed something for my large frame at 290lbs and 6'2. I checked out some local bike shops (LBS), and they really didn't know much about their e-bikes regarding what type of drive, range, etc. Most LBS just sell one or two electric bikes from big brands, such as Stromer, Specialized and Trek. Later, I happened to have stopped by Seattle Electric Bike, which was well-rated on Google. I met Stefan, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. The other shop staff was also very good. I told Stefan what my needs were and he spent a good amount of time explaining to me what would fit my needs and let me test ride them all. A lot of the e-bikes at the shop were new and on-sale. I checked against online prices, and the shop's prices were extremely competitive (even factoring taxes and putting the bike together). I realized that if I had bought my e-bike online, I probably would've chosen one that wasn't a good fit for my needs. I was extremely impressed by the service and selection. I also wanted to make sure if something went wrong with the bike, I could take it to their shop for maintenance. I ended up special ordering a e-bike through the shop and I love my e-bike. I ordered a German branded bicycle, Bulls with a Bosch performance motor (28mph). After visiting most LBS in Seattle area, Seattle Electric Bikes is the best. I look forward to purchasing my future e-bikes from them.

My daughter and went on test rides. They spent time with us and I purchased a bike that is great to ride. After 400 miles they did my complimentary tune up and did a great job. Very happy with the shop and their service
