Miracle workers. Friendly and efficient. Get that- friendly and efficient. Those two words don’t normally go together with a government office, but these guys rock. They have bailed me out on multiple occasions. Just be kind to them and they’ll love you right back.

Place is pretty sweet when you're short on time and need a passport renewed. They say to get there at 7:45 but it's just so you can line up outside in the cold and they actually open the door at 8. All in all not that hard to do and you can get a passport the same day if you have an itinerary and need it that fast

Cannot speak highly enough of the team in Seattle.  I got my passport in a few days (and I didn't request expedited).  When my naturalization certificate was not returned, we eventually tracked it down to the Post Office sending it back as not deliverable.  So the team at Seattle were kind enough to agree to send me the cert back by UPS - I was happy to pay for that, but they waived the fee on this occasion.  Just so accommodating and awesome, even though this was not their fault - worth the 5 stars for sure!

I realized three days before wanting to leave from Oregon to Canada that my passport expired the month before. I drove five hours there, and I was able to pick up my passport that day. My grandparents, whom I was going to see in Canada, starting getting quite sick after I got back. Thank you so much to you guys for allowing me to make this trip. It wouldn't have been possible otherwise. Thank you!

These people are quick, efficient, and LIFE SAVERS. I left that place overwhelmed with gratitude at how easy they made renewing my passport in very short notice was. I needed my passport renewed in less than a week for a quick getaway and they were like, "No problem! You can pick it up tomorrow." I had to pick my jaw up off the floor.
