I understand that they were busy they messed up and didn't reserve my friends tables for her party so they out us in the cup room that was cool. The service however was terrible. I went to the bar and ordered two beers and gave the bartender two 1 dollars drink tickets and a twenty dollar bill. First off she seemed ticked that I have her the tickets seconds she only gave me 7 dollars change and when I called her on it she took care of it but also with attitude. Their my friend asked for a drink they brought her a shot with ice when she complained they brought her the same shot in a bigger glass and added more ice. And the last was when she asked for the same drink again with out I've they basically gave her another shot. I used to frequent this place quite often but never again.

Lovely atmosphere, with good variety of music and aesthetically attractive people. +2
Great value for drinks and fair amount of promotions throughout the week. +1

Sadly, the smell of cigarettes from the smoking room covers the entire saloon. -1
Another negative point is the terrible cleanliness from the bathrooms; not only they look and smell disgusting but they also lack paper, soap, and a decent mirror. -1
