Adopted our sweet mini Aussie back in Oct at Chow Down.The lady helping us was very informative about his couple of issues.Love this puppy dog.He has settled in nicely , he & our blue heeler/border collie mix have great fun playing.

Be careful when choosing a dog. We were not informed that the dog we adopted had been adopted and brought back before. We weren't told he has a very serious obsession with escaping any way he possibly can from his yard. I specifically told them that I was looking for a dog who didn't have a problem with that. I specifically asked if there were any such issues with this particular dog before I adopted him. I was told NO, but when I took him back later I was told people previously  adopted him and had a big problem with him running away. I wasn't told he's malicious with smaller animals. I specifically told them we have small animals and need a dog who is good with other pets. I didn't take him back to Second Chance when he escaped dozens of times through secure fences, nor when neighbors threatened to shoot him for seriously menacing the neighborhood, nor when he terrorized all our other animals. I took him back after he killed a smaller pet and viciousy spread its dismembered body parts all over our yard. After this experience I believe Second Chance will lie in order to adopt out a menacing, dangerous dog.
