Second Sole is amazing! We went here because I have a high instep, wide feet. So fun finding shoes. I had an issue where my ankles hurting when I walk, bad posture. Scott helped me find the perfect shoes. He know a lot about types of feet and issues that could arise with not finding the right pair. We did eventually find "that" pair that fits my feet perfectly. I walked about 2.5 miles today and my ankles did not hurt at all. My friends told me my posture when walking is much more straighter. Best of all, I enjoy my new pair of shoes. Thank you Scott for all your knowledge, patience and customer service skills. You know how to help pick a good pair of shoes out.

My expierience with second sole was very negative. The store manager in particular was very forceful and was very overly anxious to convince me to buy a or any pair of shoes. It's almost as if he was shouting commands instead of words of advice. I wanted to find a pair of shoes that matched my son's athletic outfit so My son asked this manager if he had the shoes in any other color. With a angry and sarcastic tone he muffled side comments such as just get a pair of shoes and the color doesn't matter all your doing is running anyway. At this point I have nothing against the company but I will say that this specific manager had absolutely horrific costumer service and I don't recommend this store at all.

People are nice, but I I am always SOLD shoes that I can't wear. Gave them a second chance. They came through. Thanks for the effort!

Super helpful and patient salespeople. Full price shoes, however they did give me a discount when I asked for one!

The staff is very professional and helpful! The shoes are lovely for all sizes, and I'm truly glad I went there for my athletic shoes.
