My daughter and I went in here on a very slow day for a full set , paint and design and they were very rude.The woman would not get off her cell phone to begin my nails and continue to text and giggle.  We walked out. Disrespectful service, We ended up going to Lee Nails that appreciate their customers and did a fantastic job!

when i went to go get my nails done they were pressuring me to get the gel. I kindly said no. After that she kept giving me attitude and was just plain rude all because i didnt get the expensive one

if i could give this place negative stars then i would. i showed up at 5. they closed at 6. i walked in and wanted a fill. they didn't start helping me until 5:45, granted they were busy so i understood . they ended up taking all my nails off and cutting all of my real nails down to nothing. she put on a new set and i told her i wanted them round and so she did. they were very uneven and all different lengths, and more triangle than anything. so i asked her to fix them and she huffed and puffed and told me what i wanted didn't look natural. so i ignored her rude comments she tried to fix them and she was not fixing them and making them look worse. so i asked her to stop and if someone else could help me because she wasn't fixing them. she told me no and she wasn't done. so i tried to pull my hand away and she pulled it back harder and said she wasn't done. so i'm sitting there damn near in tears because i just wanted to pay and go home then go somewhere else another day. then she starts using her machine being very rough and hurt me. so i told her to stop and i wanted someone else to help me or i wasn't paying. then she tore all the fake nails off and i left. this lady was the owner of a business. she was so unbelievably rude. i work with the public and could never act like that. so much for being a relaxing experience. now i have to go home and waste more time to fix her mistakes.

I have been there many times, but I will NOT be going there again.  The workers can not all be certified.  The lady I had working on my last pedicure took OVER an hour and a half..for a simple pedicure! I get my toes done every month, so it wasn't like I had grotesque toes!   She did not seem to know what she was doing.  The other workers kept talking in their language and looking over at my worker.  One even came over and spoke to her.  I have no idea what was said.  I was there with my elderly mother who was done in 1/2 the time.  The man who seemed to be somewhat in charge was rude.  There are far too many other places to go in the Illinois Valley area, so I will definitely not be going back there again.  I suppose I should have asked the manager to see the certifications of their employees, but I think I will just go someplace else.  I'm now too discouraged by the staff at Secret Nails.

9/14/17 - Fantastic & Excellent ! Great achievement in cleanliness , sanitation , customers services and quality , fantastic designs . Very busy salon , if you can make appointment first , the services may quite easier ! Highly recommended !
