They somehow ruined the address on my package once it reached their facility recently. In the past they've lost other packages of ours and we had to drive out there to get them. 

And just today another unique package is delayed for delivery. 

I don't know what's going on at this facility that they have such issues.

I am so pissed off presently and i regret sending my package through USPS. My package was suppose to have been delivered since January 2nd and today it is showing delayed and in-transit when i tracked the package. The package arrived at the ELK GROVE VILLAGE IL DISTRIBUTION CENTER (note this package is suppose to be delivered to a P.O Box in Chicago) since January 1 and my package is still in transit.

I called the customer service line, was on hold for almost an hour before a lady picked up and she could not give me an explanation for my package been delayed. She just read out the update on the tracking page and told me to keep checking back until i get an update. nothing could be done. This is so so frustrating and unprofessional. I called because i wanted a detailed explanation and to get a solution not to find myself in a more confused state. the call was an absolute waste of time and energy. so now i am expected to seat out and wait. **totally unprofessional**

If I could give this ZERO stars, I would! I ordered a package on December 13th that they STILL haven't sent to the next destination!!! It's December 21st and there's TONS of Christmas presents in that package! It's "expected" to be delivered the day AFTER Christmas! But one that was shipped on the 18th and went through this post office will be here today?! HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE?! I should have paid the extra shipping for UPS because then at least I know it wouldn't take almost TWO WEEKS for it to arrive!

I really want to give this place 0 stars. I was suppose to receive a package yesterday which was priority shipped to me, and exactly what I knew would happen the USPS would lose or delay my package. Never knew doing your job of sending and sorting mail was that difficult. I never have this problem with UPS or Fed Ex. Call customer service they have you on hold for over an hour just to speak to someone. its just ridiculous.....

This has got to be the worst post office in America. I live in Chicago and every time I order on-line and my package is delayed they ALWAYS get stuck at this post office. I bet a chimpanzee could do a better job!
