I hate to give this place a star at all... Worst service ever!!! Drive the extra miles to the Taylor location on Ecorse road... At the Taylor location you can get in line on the Internet on your phone and by time you get there u will be walking out... I allowed someone to tell me that this place was better & against my better judgement came & it is horrible... Very slow and very rude staff, not the place you wanna go...

Everyone says this place is slow. Didn't seem slow on day I was there. The way they do numbers is different from others (5 at a time) but otherwise not bad.

Very rude there. Went to go get my permit renewed. They wouldn't even renew it and said I had to take the permit test again. Then they said I had this permit for a year. That was a lie I only had it for 6 months. I tried to defend myself and they totally ignored me. Went back today to take the test again. I was in the right spot where you need to go after a test. The older lady got sassy with me. Totally avoid do not go there.
