I maintain 3 separate units at this location and have experienced recent rate increases on 2 of those units.  I have been a customer for approximately 15 years, NEVER late with my payments.  My question is this:  Why do you charge a longtime, good customer more than you charge a brand new customer via your "web rates"?  The rates I pay for my 5'x10', my 10'x10' and my 10'x20' are all in excess of your so called "web rates" for units of equal size.  I understand incentives, such as first month rent free, but shouldn't you show a certain amount of courtesy to your present, good customers by NOT charging them more than you would charge a new, unproven customer?

They rent you a storage unit and then tell you , you cant be on the property..
call you homeless and say you have to leave and you can't have your money back...   . even if you all ready  paid A  year in advance. I'll never rent here again.
untill yesterday I never had a problem at this location.  the girl is real mean and looking to take it out on a homeless person...
