Bad customer service & they try to bump up the prices in their favor

I Have had trailer for several months in storage , it was burglarized someone stole propane tanks damage to my door and things missing. Manager says he can't do anything about it. They didn't even bother to call me. Manager told me that several cars were being broke in and they didn't call me.

My car and others were broken into. My stuff stolen. Wouldnt have even known if i hadnt gone n checked on it. Very depressing stuff and i havent even heard from them about this cyrrent situation.

They charge WAAYYY TOO MUCH! for EACH mile...
I rented the BIG moving truck cuz we were moving out from where we we're living @. Do to rent the truck it was like around $30 & we had to return the truck back b4 8:00pm....Long story short, we we're on time so we went to get back our  $100 DEPOSiT & I was SHOCKED when I only got back $48! & when I asked why he's only giving me back $48? & what happened to the rest of my $$ ? The guy told me that they charge more $ after we go over 15miles! SoO yeah, don't think I'll be going back there.
