It has changed hands and service isn't at all the least bit,  appropriately professional. Nobody was even there when we tried to pay a bill for our unit. Had to wait quite awhile for anyone to show up. Thankfully we are keeping records of ALL of our local experiences now( thanks to this Google app!) to eventually expose the every day discrimination we face. We don't even drink, or even go to an occasional sports bar. Instead: we are devoted parents, with our #1 focus being raising the children to have compassion, empathy, excellent grades& of course follow that simple golden rule. If only adults running a business would do the same....discrimination against religion, class,  national origin, lifestyle, ones financial disadvantage in life, racial , civil right infringement of ANY kind is NEVER acceptable. Letting one be O.K. means letting ALL be O.K. That's not the world I want my offspring to live in , as their generation will eventually be running this and other nations. It starts with just 1 discriminatory act at a time. I prefer to bring ANY out into the open now, before they manifest into a much larger problem later, when we are all too elderly to fix it! Please SECURCARE STORAGE*FEMALE MIDDLE AGED EMPLOYEE* :STOP JUDGING A BOOK BY ITS COVER. ..we saw you treat the man in the suit like a king, as he paid less than us for storage....yet as we politely waited and paid you, you treated us like we were a nuisance. Please stop & think before doing this again...and someone should ALWAYS be in office during open hours. Thank you. That next person walking in could own half the company, but drove up in an old car, dressed in a blue collar working man's uniform , just to make sure you follow proper protocol and stop judging those who help pay your salary or hourly.

No Stars!!!!! I am an African American female. My daughter and I walked into this establishment  the morning of May 22nd 2017.  The lady at the desk was assisting another customer (understandable). She never acknowledged us but did look up when we walked in. She was conducting the ladies business non professional (non of my business). My complaint- a Caucasian gentleman walked in about 5 minutes after I did and the unprofessional receptionist stopped what she was doing and almost jumped out of her chair to assist this man. I am being cool and collective decided to come back when she was not so preoccupied. I walked calmly to her desk to say I would come back and she looked at me as if I had said something evil towards her, aside from NEVER acknowledging me, she continues with these two Caucasian people. I felt racially stepped on so I left and called her. I told her I had just left out of her office, she said "hold on" and did not put me on hold and took another call whereby I heard everything she was saying. She comes back to the phone with no professionalism in her voice. Again, I am telling her how I felt in the way she had treated me when I came there prior to calling.  She had the audacity to scream at me when I told her how badly she made me feel. She went on to tell me about her family were slaves??? Why did she go there?? I am surprised she didn't say I have a lot of black friends???
 She then proceeded to .tell me to never bring my #%^#@ back there again. I did say this is the year 2017. If I can find out who owns this place, they will get a call from me. I have never been treated with such disdain since segregation ceased well it is written on paper that it ceased :(
