Mandy McDowell really helped me out with an auto loan. Competitive APR, and VERY fast service. I've tried working with other credit unions and banks. Wow did they take their sweet time. I first contacted Mandy Wednesday I believe. I stopped in Friday afternoon to setup an account and get the loan (had all paperwork taken care of within 45 minutes) Drove to Virginia that evening to pick up the car Saturday morning. With that said, yes even the "upgraded" website is a bit of a pain. I honestly use the mobile app for everything. Way smoother. However, I'm sure it doesn't have all the features you'd have online.

Years ago when I joned they had the best rates and great customer service. Completely opposite now. Trying to call them on the phone is a total joke and waste of time - easily 45 min wait just to get someone to answer- and if you get cut off when they put you back on hold...its another 45 min and a totally different person. They changed their computer systems about 10 months ago and I was told accounts were "ghosted" on other accounts. It was a complete mess. Auto payments got doubled up...or wiped out - and then they blame you and said you changed them- when you most certainly did not (was told you changed them online, when you dont even use their online system). They screw you with a smile and dont care about wasting unnecessary hours upon hours of your time. Have never experienced something as unprofessional and inadequate at a financial institution as this run around and complete lack of responsibility or accountability. Horrible and completely unacceptable on so many levels! Constantly a wide awake nightmare. Closed my account almost a year ago and STILL getting charges and having to waste hours dealing with them.

This is my first credit union. I have been going here for 40 years. They are more than happy to take your money. They do not want to give any kind of customer service. For the past 6 months they have been messing with the online banking. For 6 months I have had to drive 40 miles one way to straighten my account out. They just recently changed the interface for online banking and again messed my account up. I need to pay bills. Looks like I will be late this month. They offered no help. "Sorry, there is nothing we can do, we have had over 250 people come in the past two days and we couldn't help them either.". She also had people coming up interupted us while she was talking to me. Phone would ring in the middle of our conversation and she would stop talking to me and take care of them. I've had it. I'm closing my account.

Have been a member since 1965. I have put up with high interest rates, now they are trying to make me put up with very poor customer service. They always have at least twelve customers on hold. The new website is horrible, can only get into bill payer once in a while. Time for a change.
