Not one problem in a year.

work for a dealer, needed a customer payoff and 10 calls of 8 minutes on hold or longer over a period of a week.... finally got a hold of someone. when asking for a 20 day payoff she proceed to tell me to "do the math" 

this was the second customer I have had this happen with..

I am completely not happy with the way things were handled with my account. I sent out my monthly payment that took longer than normal to get to the bank, so doing what I thought was best (thinking my check was lost) I sent out a new check.. being told it'd be red flagged for them to not cash the "lost check" .. check my account balance and they cashed that check plus sent the second check to be cashed. Cost me $33 out of my pocket to cancel the second payment.. and now I will not be compensated for that money. I know its only $33 but I'm a hard working mom that does her best to balance money and to me this is not ok, then being told that I might be charged a return check fee.. this is unbelievable that the customer service here is like this!
