Been using Jackson’s fencing for around 5 years good quality fencing and strong, the timber is solid and easy to work with. LJ Home Specialists Ltd

Disappointing service.  Ordered a fence on behalf of one of our customers. Estimated delivery date was given, but when I rang that week to ask what day it would be delivered they said they couldn't speak to transport and no information could be given. I canceled the job that week as we couldn't get a date, only to be sent a text that afternoon to say it would be delivered the following morning. They turned up in the afternoon after the client waited all morning. When delivered the cut-down kit wasnt with the order we were not advised this wasn't going to be sent. The delivery guy advised ringing the office. The office then advised it would take another week to be delivered. We then canceled this part. The communication and service has not been great. The panels are good quality but the service needs huge improvement, as a business, trying to manage the expectations of a client is very difficult when Jacksons don't communicate anything.

Don't understand why it takes 7 weeks to produce a simple front gate 850cmhigh. Will use them again if they have something I want, it's good quality. Just disappointed it took so long to assemble a very small gate

Having great time every time we visit this park. We travel miles away to enjoy especially sunny weather here with our 4 years old boy.
