They have been very helpful and always friendly when I go there. Willing to work with your pay schedule to keep you on track as long as you communicate with them they have no issues.

I love this place! n my opinion they are the best loan office in Killeen and that I've ever dealt with period! Anyone who has something negative to say, pay your bills and u wouldn't have a problem!!

Mrs. Castillo helped me from my first loan to my final payment, she was always courteous and professional. Always willing to work with me on my pay schedule after retirement.
Great people in Killeen TX.

Really didn't feel comfortable when I first walk in. The loan officer servicing me seemed as though he was disgusted with my presence there. I didn't even get a chance to apply for the loan I really needed it for a serious emergency. Ask how much i needed tp borrow then he just took my DL and asked for my SSN walked away from the desk to the back of the office can back stated that he couldn't grant me a loan and 'HAVE A BLESSED DAY'. Two days later I get a letter of denial but was not given a reason. What's the point in sending a denial letter when it doesn't state why I was denied very weird. Just know that I would not recommend this place not because my loan was denied but because the customer service is garbage.😆
