Had an appointment and paid the bill I was sent afterwards. Several months later I receive another bill for the same appointment - the services remained the same, Security Health Plan just simply decided to not what they originally were expected to cover. This is the care you get on their more comprehensive plans by the way. The only "redeeming" quality is that in rural areas that are literally no other options so it is either Security Health or no health insurance at all. Lucky you!

I have spoken with Frank, Cara, and Jane. Those folks are helping me deal with a very complicated and frustrating situation, as workers comp is also involved. Whenever I have called, no only is everyone there helpful, polite, and respectful, they are also informative and explain all details to the fullest. Insurance is so confusing, and aggravating-I think we can all agree with that. However, I spoke with Jane at length one day, and she made sure to dumb it down so I could understand all aspects of my coverage, and responsibilities. I cannot say enough about the helpfulness and knowledge of Security. I would never go anywhere else, and I cannot thank them enough for helping me to deal with a huge mess they inherited either. There were no loud sighs, and I was not treated like the 'oh, not HER again!' when I called multiple times to get my situation resolved. Thank you
