Half of my stuff was damaged by rodents and roaches from another renter as well as leaks from the roof. i made sure to let them know that the roof leaked and was told they would look into it. the rent went up twice while i was there which was under a year and i had to take everything out due to not affording to pay for the rental increases. Also must have renters insurance to rent, at least i had to show proof of renters insurance. as i was moving out also so many people were in and out that it became difficult to complete move out in one day.  
was told they sprayed often for the rodents and bugs, roaches.. i had never had a problem with either previously! Staff was friendly. price was high, hard to make it before the gates closed due to the season change of gate times closing! i gave up and tossed half of my belongings in the trash, better to sell everything than store!!!!

Reasonably priced. Helpful and always friendly staff. The only complaint I have is with the gate hours. Gate closes at 9pm. For those who work later shifts its near impossible to get there, in, and out by 9. I would suggest moving back closing time to 11pm or even midnight.

They dont have a contact email to the manager or store for that matter. Units are poor, they have strict rules and no contact info. I would not use this company again

My RV was stored  there for 6 months , until all four of my batteries and my bar b were stolen. Someone even went under my rv cut a hole in the   gas fill hose to take what little gas was in the tank. Of course none of this was on security camera and Security Storage  claims no responsibilty .I would not recommend Security Storage to anyone who really wants SECURITY
