Renewed my plates today. Total time was 3 minutes.  From walking in the door to walking out. Unbelievable service!!! Jeremy took care of me. I even wrote a check!! Took me longer to write this review than to get my sticker

I understand that the people that work here have to deal with idiots all day, but when a customer that needs help and is polite comes along I do expect the employees to put their feelings aside for whatever happened earlier that day and act with proper etiquette. The woman I had dealt with was middle aged with braces who I believe is called Audie, and throughout the whole time she was very short and snippy with me, meanwhile I was polite the whole time and did not confront her on her rude behavior even though I should have.

Bunch of idiots, my disabled plate does not expire till 2021. Old plate lapsed "not my plate to renew on my drivers car" and they werent going to give me another plate for their vehical. unless I was unessicarly forced to go out of my way. And I brought in new documentation like I did just a year ago. I just switched doctors and won't see them again for six months to be able to get new documentation. Pretty sad the way our government treats people with disabilities. After threatening to contact legal services. they magically did what they swore up and down they couldnt possible do.

Reserving your spot in line via text only works successfully if they don't shut the system down at 2 pm on Friday, then you get a "we are closed" reply only to find out they are open until 5 but turned off the system.
