Slow service. I understand this is a government funded program but It's like Walmart in this place. You have all these booths for interview but no one working them.

Absolutely a horrible way to do things in this state. You call and leave a message and NEVER receive a call back! They call you for an interview and if you don't answer on the first ring they hang up and never call back. They do not work the cases in the 30 days they have to do a food stamp case and your left trying to find out what is going on and get NO information! This place is the absolute WORST and I am calling the home office in Topeka to file a complaint!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, plenty of parking and numerous places to sit. Staff was busy getting through the order to keep the line flowing as easily as possible.

Hurry up and wait. I waited 4hours and 12 minutes to be seen. Not helpful in a time of need. Very curtious when you actually get to a window. Tons of programs for jobs, food, shelters, and counseling are provided if you need it.

Horrible service! They never answer the phone, it's always a recording. I missed my telephone interview and tried calling back. Nobody answered the phone. I left 2 messages, nobody returned my call. When I didn't receive my benefits, I called 34 times and left 4 messages (in one day). They still never returned my call. They terminated my case. Useless bums!
