When ordering supplies,they don't get around to it for days,then never let you know it arrives.so be sure and call daily if you want something done. Their billing is something you really have to keep track of as they blame everything on Medicare. Don't question Billings because if they don't like what you ask,or they can't answer they hang  up on you. If you call back,they ignore your always busy. All these statements I make from my numerous experiencs with them. I am changing companies ASAP

Everyone is right there should be a negative 5 stars. Doctor sent prescription end of December, communication all through January. (Nothing). Diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. It is one month and 3 Days now and still no CPAP. They are always waiting on the owner or waiting on the therapist. Now is the sleep study results good enough for them to get paid?  PEOPLE it was guaranteed at 100% when you screwed around in December and was still guaranteed through January 28th. Now will we go for the second month? Very poor customer service! They don’t call you, you have to follow up with them like it’s a reminder to do their job. How have you been in business this long?
