Have purchased milk from here multiple times within the last year and it always goes sour before the expiration date. I suggest not purchasing milk here.

CVS CREATED A ~$500 ERROR AND BLOWS ME OFF! The Pharmacy staff is very helpful when things run smoothly. However their hands are tied by the system that corporate provides, e.g., I always ask for the TOTAL COST of my prescriptions; it can vary wildy! Their system makes it very difficult for the staff to find the TOTAL COST prior to and after the sale. At the beginning of July, I asked for the cost before filing a new script for a medicine I've never taken before. I was told that the TOTAL COST was $42.00. I questioned that price because it was an even dollar amount. They assured me it was accurate. When I picked up the script, I asked the Pharmacist to verify the TOTAL COST and was told it was $42.00 which is the amount I was charged. I asked why my co-pay equaled the TOTAL and he said that my insurance didn't cover the medicine. Each time I asked for the cost, I explained the reason that I needed to know the TOTAL COST of the medicine, not my co-pay, not the list price, but the combination of what my insurance company will pay plus my co-pay. This is important because with my Insurance it is those two numbers added together which comprise the TOTAL ANNUAL INSURANCE BENEFIT. I was assured that $42.00 was the TOTAL COST. When I took just 2 of the 90 tablets, I had a full allergic reaction and could not use the medication. It was only after I received my insurance Statement of Benefits that I learned that the TOTAL COST of the LYRICA was $478.00 including my CO-PAY of $42.00. I am still trying to resolve the issue, but it is very obvious who made the mistake! I would not have purchased medicine which costs nearly $500, period! By the time I received my Statement, I had already exceeded my Annual Benefit Amount and am now paying 100% of my prescriptions. Even if CVS refunds my money, it can not come close to making me whole considering the extra I pay every month for meds. This error occurred in July, 2015. I likely would have made it at least thru November without exceeding my Annual Limit... I had a few one-time expensive meds at the beginning of the year... those were planned for, but the incompetence of others most certainly was not. During THREE separate visits to CVS, I was told to contact my insurance company (they have already PAID for the medicine, this makes NO SENSE TO ME) and to contact to manufacturer. Each time I was asking CVS to do something and was told there was nothing they could do. During the FOURTH VISIT, I was given an email address to contact "a person who handles problems likes these". I was told that this person does not have a phone number and that the only way to contact her is by email. The first one went unanswered for 10 days... I am going to send it again today, 11-15-2015. I WAS CVS's biggest fan in Michigan for many years... Florida - Not So Much!

Yesterday afternoon I planned to use my 25% off coupon to purchase our favorite hairspray, Final Net. I live on the north side of Titusville, but the phone number of the Garden St. CVS is not listed in the phone book. I called the store at 1820 Cheney Hwy. Chris answered the phone and found they had 2. When I told her that I had wanted 3, she was kind enough to give me the other store's number and told me that she would keep the 2 hairsprays at the register. Since they had three bottles I called back to let her know she would have to restock the 2 bottles. She responded that she was glad to assist me. Her helpfulness far exceeded my expectation.
