First I was a patient and found all therapists competent and respectful-- and let's be honest this can be monotonous--so I'd add in fun. If I had to reschedule and got a different staff member I never minded because each was good and offered something a bit different. When my daughter needed PT, I came back without hesitation. She is receiving appropriate care geared for her age. She immediately felt comfortable with staff. Front office staff are also competent and friendly and have accommodated several rescheduling request without hesitation.

These folks worked diligently to help me. My GP says they are the best in Leesburg.

I liked my physical therapist, he was efficient and informative. He multi-tasked well. He stepped away while I was laying on the table with heat on my neck and while I was in traction but that's fine, I don't need a lot of hand holding. The billing department sucks!! They sent my claim to the wrong insurance company, then billed me when they didn't get paid. It took weeks to clear up. My husband also went to this PT and now has billing issues. The people I dealt with on the phone were corteous but I'd rather they just get it right the first time.

Love, love, love this clinic!!! Had a sports injury and found this place. All therapists took great care of me! Highly recommend

During my visits, I felt like I was treated in increments as overworked therapists hooked me up to a TENS zapper machine and then went to the next guy and the next and then came back to me. Not the personal touch....to say the least. Also. TWO YEARS after my treatment, I got an erroneous bill for some bogus charge. It was small enough around $20 (copay?) that I might have just paid it. But times are tight and I didn't recognize the biller and the dates are wrong. Something fishy. SO I called and learned the bill was "erroneous". How come these erroneous mistakes never work out in my favor? I wonder how erroneous this really is? I will NOT go back. I have had physical therapy at other locations, and they stick with me for the whole 45-60 minutes. You deserve that kind of treatment instead of erroneous billing and assembly line therapy.
