This is the first place that we found that teaches self defense and not just the martial arts for sport. Other places that we have gone to only teach the sport aspect and not what really can happen in a fight. It is a clean gym with super professional coaches and highly qualified in their fighting styles. I have also decided to do their fitness class while my kids train.

I recommend for this area I love this place me and my sister work out here.The coaches are really cool. You well love working out here a cousin of mine. does it and he has been doing it for four years one of the best places to work.

I train at self defense and fitness, it is a great gym, amazing coaches passionate about the sports they teach. The self defense class is unbelievable, i learned so much and feel a lot more confident being in the streets and knowing how to protect myself. The fitness class is also an great class, that teaches you how to train the right way without hurting yourself in a safe environment and coaches looking out for you

This school is by far the best self defense and fitness gym in port st lucie. The coaches are great and very passionate about what they teach. I love doing my sports specific conditioning here

I found a great gym where they do Self Defense and Not just Martial Arts. This Port St Lucie Brazilian JiuJitsu academy has Judo for my kids with outstanding coaches. They all know you by your first name.
