I needed to have work done on my truck. They took two weeks longer than they originally told me. They also told me it was finished when it wasn't causing me to waste my time going all the way there for nothing and also having to pay for additional car rental out of pocket. When I finally did get the truck back the piece they replaced was loose and made a sound driving down the road. There were also empty beer cans in the truck of a beer I do not drink which is highly concerning. Will never do business with them again. I suggest you don't either. They are as crooked as they come.

We have purchased 5 vehicles from Selman and have been very happy with the entire staff. We also service all our older cars and trucks here. The service department is great. It's very easy to get an appointment or you can just stop in.

Really did a great job from the very beginning of contacting the right people to address the issue with the interior leather damage of my truck vehicle, and the field staff people that he also contacted came to my home in Santa Ana, CA and did a highly remarkable complete job of satisfying my need. The service and treatment were fine, except for I didn't know that Selman Vehicle Service Center is changing to appointment only. The 'we can see if we can fit you in' for no appointment is not cool. I've been coming here since 2004, but if it comes down to only having work done by appointment setting, then I will be going elsewhere because my schedule only allows me to come in at specific times. Sorry.
