+5 stars for friendliness and the nice waiting area. -3 stars for inefficiency. This is a review of the service staff. All of them are very friendly and personable. However, they are slow to the task. I watched my car get pulled up into the loading dock and then sit there for at least 20 minutes. I assumed there was more to be done so I waited. Becoming impatient, I approached the desk of the gentleman who helped me. All of my paperwork was already done. I was waiting for nothing. He also had a list of suggested repairs that was only brought to my attention when I needed to leave. If I was notified of these things immediately I would have had them done. Who knows how inefficent the mechanics are. In total I was there for almost 2 hours for a computer update and the multi-point inspection the give every time you come in. Inspections should not take very long and as for computers I assume that should have been a quick and easy fix. They did not seem busy. I was one of two people waiting for cars being serviced. They wasted my time and they will not be receiving any more of it. Only come here for recalls and if your vehicle is under warranty. Be ready to lose several hours of your day waiting for nothing if you do.

I have been searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for over a month, and I worked long hours a day so I don’t have enough time to go to dealership and negotiate the price for a car I am looking for. I saw offer at Guaranty Chevrolet car I am looking for and phone dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was offer still there, and I spoke with Hyman(I am not sure his name) who informed me that yes offer is still available and called back with number I have been looking for and saw him same day at evening. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. From the very beginning he completely understands what I was looking for and was very clear and upfront about everything. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with and told me on phone.

Researched a new vehicle on their website that had a very nice discounted price. Clicked on the “online eprice” from the website and Received a phone call right away quoting an additional $5000 savings from the already low price. I drove 30 minutes thinking it was too good to be true. When I got there I met with Dylan. He was very easy going and knowledgeable. The entire time I expected that somehow the quote would get jacked up. Never happened. I was in and out of there in less than an hour and a half with zero snags!! No hassles, low down payment and low interest rate. Dylan, Nancy and Adrianna provided the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Love my new Truck!

This place is awesome. The entire staff is very helpful. Very “welcoming” environment. Chris F. helped me out. He went above and beyond and provided “Legendary” service. He strives to get it done. It is customer service like his that makes a big reflection of what the company’s mission is. Very good work. Guarantee Chevrolet is fortunate to have him. In addition, he cares about what your needs are and he’s very professional. Great work Chris. And thank you so much for helping me with my new Chrysler 😎

Extremely helpful!  We had our Suburban’s 3rd row seats stolen with a road trip coming up the next week.  They were able to get us replacements within the same day we called, and even helped us install them!
