Rarely very much of a wait at the fern park location however the doctor there is a quack and doesn't do his job very well. He acts very bored like he doesn't want to be there and finds seeing patients a bother. Worse if all the doc doesn't fill out paperwork for prescription unless it's a simple fax over, doesn't do prior auth forms.

I'm not very pleased with either office. The sanford office you are stuck waiting for hours for an apt even if you get there before they open. The doctors are very rushed they act like they don't enjoy their job. At the fern park office the wait isn't very bad. You get in pretty quick. But I don't like the doctor. He doesn't listen to what I have to say and he reads my chart notes out loud. That is extremely awkward. I have been waiting for a prior authorization for my med for over a month now. Every time I call that dept I get a voicemail. I have left countless messages and still haven't heard back and my prior Auth has not been done. When you are dealing with mental health, you really need to he on top of medications. One med can mean the difference between the life and death of your patient.
