Always a nice experience. They are so fast and organized. Today I was literally in and out. in at 1:23pm, And done by 1:29pm! Two car registration renewed, with stickers. Highly recommend!

This place used to be incredible; fast, efficient, great customer service, etc. But they must have changed their hiring practices because the last two times I have been here I have been talked down to by snarky, rude employees whose customer service is so appalling they had me thinking I was in a Walmart. This wouldn't bother me as much if they were not in addition to that, incredibly slow and poor at their job. Today I'm waiting an hour to have ONE page printed.

I had to renew my driver's license in person this year so I went to this office after making an appointment.  It took a total of ten minutes from the time I walked through the door to the time I walked back out the door, new license in hand!  A very different atmosphere from any other Tax Collector office I have visited.  Fast, friendly employees.  I will be choosing this office for future needs!

What a difference from NJ getting our driver licenses! We made appointments, got there early, and had no wait. When NJ DMV went down, the very nice woman (can’t remember her name) took our phone number so we didn’t have to sit there and wait, and called us when it was ready so we could return and again, no wait! Thanks and sorry I forgot your name!!!!!
