some  of this government people treat u like a dog and are not motivated to help no patience short answers all other offices in the area are much nicer  and more friendly I cannot figure out what is wrong there whoever is the manager needs to get the act together

Called S.S. Office  I was put on hold 1 HOUR to change my direct deposit information only to be told I had to go into the office.  So frustrating.

Waited the 15 min for answer.  Got a representative named Luis.  What a great man!!!  He was kind, understanding and helpful.  NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING.  Anyone getting him on the line will be more than happy with the treatment that is received.  There should be more like this man.

They are not a full service social security office. If you recently got married or simply just need to change your name, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! They cannot help you. You have to go to the main social security office located 
5520 Gatlin Ave Orlando FL 32812

Also this office DOES NOT allow you to bring in food, bottle water,  your phone must be on silent, and yes they are very strict on these rules( they don't care if you have kids). They do have plenty of free parking and the office is on the second floor.
