New experience with Latin food from Asian...I went here 2 times during my vacation and I ordered same dishes...I really like the taste of sausages and toasted bread with honey and chips were crispy...all my food was tasty...must try other food next time if get chance and for coffee and milkshake (I forgot the name of the fruit but first time I tried it) were delicious too ... The atmosphere inside was nice and clean...the customers can sit near the bar or dining tables or order from the window outside to take home. not to big parking lot. No free WiFi . Staffs was good and mostly speak Spanish.

I like the restaurant. It is very convenient and the food is really good. Their buffet is impressive. Unfortunately, there is a woman there who does not like to serve me when I stop by. On many occasions she has ignored me and tended only to the Spanish speaking customers. I do not speak Spanish. I understand that it gets very busy; that does not bother me. The part that bothers me is that she is the only one who will ignore me or give me attitude. When I speak to her in English, she walks away and then I have to wait for one of the english speaking waitresses to help me. The other waitresses will at least treat me like a customer but this particular waitress acts as if she can only serve customers who speak Spanish. She will not so much as try to understand what I am saying. She walks away and continues to talk to the other waitresses or other Spanish speaking customers and makes me wait for a long time. One time, I actually started to walk away, It was then that she ran to the window to get my attention. By then it was too late. Her rude attitude was enough for me to take. For this reason I have not gone there for a long time. I will try to give them another chance as it is a good place to eat with good vibes, aside from the many bad experiences I have had with one particular waitress.

I've never felt such disrespect ever. Granted I was dirty after a long day at work. I ordered food over the phone went to pick it up. Waited in line outside I'm next and only me and the lady behind where in line. The employee completely ignored me and proceeded with the person behind. After calling and placing order they have no idea what I ordered and I had to place order again. After waiting 25 min for food I paid went home. Open my steak and mixed in the onions is a piece of rubber glove. After the rude service and a manager that doesn't exist I will never go back to this place. I've been coming to this place for 6 years and never had a problem till this year.

I've been in Miami for about 2 months now, and I've been looking for authentic Cuban Cuisine. I finally found it at this restaurant. Not only was the food amazing, but the place was full of happy and beautiful people. I had an opportunity to meet the owner and his son. I will be going back and bringing my colleagues with me. What a wonderful experience. This is my first review I've ever written and it has been worth the effort, since I'm not technology-savvy.

So so so good. I should have reviewed five orders ago. The portions are perfect . The prices are perfect. And the quality is up there . I hate reviewing cuz I’m lazy but they deserve for me to not be lazy.
