Felt like I was in Mexico. Absolutely delicious food. Service was outstanding. Highly recommend the Senor Lopez Margaritas very authentic and not too sweet. If you are looking for top notch Mexican, food eat here. Plus the prices are great. This will always be our go to now when visiting.
Señor Lopez restaurant is a nice looking place with Mexican decor and friendly and quick moving staff. This restaurant was highly recommended by somebody so we were eager to try it. The margarita was great however my fish tacos were mediocre at best. The cod was a little over cooked , dry and a little hard and no lemon. And the puddle of butter in each taco shell was not pleasant. Chicken adobo was OK but no sauce, the adobo sauce is what makes something yummy. Unfortunately it seems to be hard to find good fish tacos in this area. One place had them for a while but they closed long time ago.
The appetizers and snacks were way better than the mains. We got nachos and the cheese dip - both were delicious. I also love how they serve you chips and salsa when they seat you, definitely a nice touch. Our mains were the Vegetarian Tamales and the Vegetarian Enchiladas - we honestly weren’t really impressed with them. The rice was a bit flavourless, and the whole meal was just underwhelming in general. If I could only recommend ONE thing from this place, it would be the pinã colada the non-alcoholic version too! It was sooo good!
Best Queso we have had so far in Washington. I loved the tacos and everything. They gave me a side habanero hot sauce that was so bomb. I loved it. Our waitress was taking care of the entire restaurant and running food by herself and she was amazing. I loved the Baileys on ice with a cherry at the end. So perfect.
Did very much enjoy this place. Good food and nice decor. No drink menu though so you don't know till you get the bill how much drinks cost.
Service was excellent, margarita was delicious, and tacos al pastor were on point! True Mexican flavors, coming from a fellow Señor Lopez Went back for the menudo and it hit the spot, love the home-made corn tortillas too!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We were recommended this Mexican eatery and definitely understand why. We ordered a Molcajete to share and it was more than enough to split between two people. We will definitely be coming back here!!Food: 5/5
This place was so authentic. Growing up in San Diego and Mexico I always look for real Mexican flavors and foods when trying new places. Señor Lopez delivers. The Molcajete was amazing. Home made tortillas. Wonderfully flavorful fresh fruit margaritas. And they gave us a wonderful after dinner shot for dessert. Will definitely come back
Some of the best Mexican food in Bellingham right here. Got the Mole, it was sweet but spicy, complex and super tasty. The tortillas are flavorful and house made, and the house margaritas are simple yet delicious! The fresh orange is a great touch. The service was fantastic even for a busy night. And oh, don't leave without trying the flan! Will be back again!
Sad we didn't discover this place beforehand! Food was ridiculously good. Great portions with excellent flavors. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5
