I checked in online before heading to Sentara and didn't wait long at all! The ladies at the front desk were nice and very efficient. The doctor I saw was great as well.

I took my mom who is 90 years old in because she was not feeling well on 08.12.2017. Two great people who stood out were the receptionist ( I wish I got her name) who checked us in and a LPN named Mary. Everyone was great, but these two were friendly and you could tell they really cared. Thank you, Paul Barr

My employer sent me here. Otherwise, I WOULD NOT recommend that anyone who values their time come to this facility. I am a healthcare provider and I am almost certain that this place either has a poor office manager if one at all. I am here for TB skin test and titer. I checked in 35 minutes ago and the service screen said I would be seen in 15 minutes. Why have a check in tab if the times are not relatively accurate? If this is a reflection of Sentara as a medical entity that is very deflating.

Went as a walk in, talked to the receptionist right away.Downhill after that want busy but took agile to go back, then another wait to see the doctor for just your basic sinus infection, then they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy.Tried to call got put on hold.Called again got transferred to the answering machine.Finally gotthen to call in my scriptlike an hour of having sat in wal mart.

Absolutely the rudest people I've met, the nurses treat you like trash if you have tattoos, and heaven forbid they get off their asses and actually do their job without showing how displeased they are about it. If you don't want to help people, find another profession. Dr. Rosco (sp ) is the only decent person there was polite. It's not that hard to do your job.
